Koenigsegg continues to grow and we are now looking for a Service Coordinator with a technical background to join our team.
The Role
The role involves daily collaboration with our dealers around the world as well as our own workshop in Ängelholm.
The work is very varied and exciting, and you will act in the heart of things to achieve maximum customer satisfaction when problems arise.

We are looking for somebody who has a great passion for service and technology.
Somebody who is structured, committed and with high proactivity aims to achieve the best results in a correct and cost-effective way.
You need to be technically interested with experience from the automotive industry, car repair shop or equivalent technical field where you also have experience of working with administration, planning etc.
You need to be both social, flexible and solution oriented. New tasks can quickly be created that need to be solved and you must be able to prioritize.
Competence and experience are important, but we ensure that our staff are continuously trained on our various models.
You will have continuously contact with our dealers and sometimes a call is required to our customers to inform about what we are doing to solve their problem.
Duties & Responsibilities
Coordinate, produce, deliver spare parts to dealers and organize our own travelling technicians. This is mainly handled in our own errand management system KATS.
Create and manage orders in Monitor (our Business System)
Collect data and basis in our own Service Site where we register all vehicles and follow up our activities
Manage assignments to our dealers regarding warranty work and repairs so that the best cost efficiency and customer satisfaction arise.
Examples of tasks
- Supporting dealer workshops and Koenigsegg Service Workshop
- Plan and coordinate car related projects
- Execute dealers- and WS parts orders
- Escalating internal and external needs.
- KATS errands handling
- Coordinate or support and control car related projects
- Responsible for system information quality and performance. (making sure information is registered in our systems.)
- Plan and coordinate flying tech travel projects
- Part of dealer Audits and dealer feedback
- Participate in introduction of new dealers
- Evaluation of dealer performance
- Supporting dealer technicians, workshop managers, administrators and service staff in Koenigsegg routines and policy’s
- Responsible for following routines and initiation need of improvement.
- Supporting others in the errand handling.
- Part of our “preparedness” (beredskaps) organisation
- Work with 5S in the coordinator organisation
A technical background
Experience working in a car repair shop or equivalent technical field
Experience in business systems (Monitor, extra meritorious)
Proficient in MS Office
Administrative experience
Advanced language skills in Swedish and English in both speech and writing
Driving license
Meritorious
Accustomed to case management
Experience of customer contact/Customer service
