Aftersales Manager B2B
The Aftersales Commerce & Service Business team at Lynk & Co is responsible for Aftersales developments and the integration with the objective to implement smooth customer end-2-end journeys and to increase operational efficiency.
In this role your main responsibility/objective will be to secure long-term B2B customer relationship
You have the great opportunity to be the face of the company for Aftersales related questions and one of the privileged superheroes interacting directly with corporate customer representing a vital pillar of our business. Yow will be empowered to take responsibility and decisions backed up by fantastic colleagues
The location of this position can be flexible, in e.g. Gothenburg, Berlin, Düsseldorf, Brussels or Amsterdam, and you will be able to work in a hybrid remote mode. The position reports to the Aftersales Development Manager.
What you'll do
- Face to selected B2B customer with regards to Aftersales related topics to secure customer relation
- Development and implementation of customer strategies Into Lynk & Co
- Planning, conducting, and following up on customer meetings
- Creation of Aftersales material and support Lynk & Co Team preparing customer visits
- Interaction and coordination with Network and Engagement Center to align and improve processes
- Co-build Aftersales Strategy for different customer channels
What you should have
- A university degree in business administration or a related field, or alternatively completed training in a technical role in the automotive industry with a high affinity for customer satisfaction
- Previous experience in a Key Account Management / Customer Coordination role
- Preferably you have a background from working in a business involving complex service/after sales processes
- Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel
In this role you will need to have an outgoing personality, with good communication skills and willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.
You need to have full professional proficiency in English since this is our corporate language.
