Aftersales Network Coordinator Sweden
We are seeking a committed and passionate colleague who wants to work with supporting overall Network Performance related to Aftersales services for Lynk & Co cars on the Swedish market.

As Aftersales Network Coordinator, you will maintain and support the Lynk & Co aftersales partners and support and drive the parts business. The role is vital to support and develop a range of Network Performance Tools, ensuring that we have robust processes in place to identify risks and opportunities within the network.

Our aftersales network will provide service and repair to Lynk & Co cars. Our unique offer and business model create possibilities for new business logic and business models in the aftermarket. You will play a key role in Lynk & Co aftersales!

We are looking for a person with administrative skills but also with a strong business mind. There will be a lot of room for development, both in this role, as well as within the company on the long term.

We believe you have strong commercial outlook and an entrepreneurial approach to business development, combined with excellent networking and interpersonal skills. Want to join us?

You will be based in Gothenburg and be a part of Lynk & Co Operations function and report to the Head of Service Network Development, based in Gothenburg.

What you'll do

- Manage and operate the bookings of the vehicle deliveries and the capacity planning with our partners
- Develop models and tools to support and underpin capacity planning
- Take part in the activities & programs to improve performance and profitability
- Update and maintain all updates and changes to the Service Network
- Collaborate with other functions within Lynk & Co to secure an optimized network
- The position requires occasional travel


What you should have

- Some experience from a coordinative/support role
- University degree in Business Administration, Engineering or equivalent
- Experience from aftersales in the automotive sector is considered an extra merit
- Excellent networking and social skills
- An ability to adapt and perform in a constantly changing, fast-paced and demanding work environment


Since English is our corporate language, you need to have full proficiency in English.
