Let us describe the challenge we offer

Polestar is looking for a new Aftersales Volume Manager, to be able to focus on expanding the product portfolio of Accessories - Polestar Extras. The role is with the main focus on winter wheels and aftersales web-shop sales.

This position is based at our HQ in Gothenburg, Sweden.



What you´ll do

The Product Management Team, a part of the Car Service & Repair Experience department, is a team with a mission to deliver winning products, Extras and spare parts, throughout the car lifecycle that exceed the customers’ expectations. The Extras are sold together with the car, as well as in our Aftersales web-shop. As Volume Manager, you will continuously collaborate with key stakeholders to align on car handover volumes and mix and web-shop sales, to support parts logistics forecasting and planning. Since we are still in the start-up phase, work will be balanced within the team but your main responsibility will be volume planning.

Examples of responsibilities and tasks included will be:

- Be responsible for the monthly and yearly planning process for Extras
- Secure optimal handling of Extras compared to available stock and capacity
- Coordinate frequent alignments with the markets
- Analyze and manage the sales development of Extras
- Improve processes for volume planning and forecasts to increase order fulfilment




Who You Are

As mentioned above, your experience in electrical products, automotive and/or aftersales would be invaluable to us when working with designing sustainable service offers for increased customer satisfaction. You have a finished university degree, preferably in Industrial Engineering, and 3+ years of work-life experience within the field. You have a strong wish to create the future of electric vehicles and Direct to Consumer Aftersales. You have good communication skills and feel confident in collaborating with representatives from many different markets globally.

You are curious, motivated, well-organized and driven. You have an interest and understanding of the products (Extras) as well as for parts logistics forecasting and planning. English is a natural language for written and spoken communication. You work well individually as well as in a team. Personal fit will be of great importance in this recruitment, as we are actively working to build a team with diverse experience, gender and background.
