Agama Technologies AB is looking for Product Manager Product Marketing

Agama Technologies specialises in empowering video operators’ business processes with awareness that can drastically lower operational costs and improve customer satisfaction. With extensive experience and an industry-leading solution for monitoring, assurance and analytics of video service quality and customer experience, Agama helps operators to implement a data-driven way of working to assure optimal service quality, improve operational efficiency and increase customer understanding.

Agama was founded in 2004 and has had a stable and profitable growth ever since, with a net sales of 45 million SEK. The company is privately held, based in Linköping, Sweden, and has 35 employees.

To meet the increasing demand of our products and solutions, and the diversity in TV and video distribution, we are looking for motivated people to join our Product Management team.


Product Manager with focus on product marketing
As part of our Product Management team you will be a key player in developing our products and services, and the communication regarding our offers. You will be the liaison between Product Management and our Marketing department.


Main responsibilities
By understanding our customers’ future needs, wants and demands and turning these into new offers and products of great value, you will contribute to innovative, competitive and sought after products and solutions. You will support Agama’s vision in becoming the global first choice for video operators with regards to service quality, operational efficiency and customer understanding.

You are a strong communicator and collaborator, working closely with different departments within the organisation. In your role you will provide our Marketing department with information and material in English concerning our customer value proposition, and information that will help to enhance our marketing communication. In addition, you will work closely with our departments for Sales and Development in order to gain insight into future needs.

You will also work at events and fairs as well as performing other duties as required, within your domain.


Your profile and skill set
We are looking for an experienced and flexible candidate capable of quickly becoming productive in a new environment.

You have relevant higher education and a proven track record in a similar role, maybe within Product Marketing as a product manager, or as a Customer Project Manager of complex systems.

We are looking for an open minded and easy-going person who is a true team player and will enjoy working with the rest of us at Agama. With your business sense and strong focus on customer value, you inspire confidence and quickly create great relationships, both internally and externally. You have excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written. In addition, we consider it an asset if you speak Swedish and other languages.
