Agent Support & Revenue Analyst

We are currently searching an Agent support & Revenue Analyst whose mission is maximizes company profits by analyzing revenue data, tracking competitors pricing, and developing business strategies. You will among other things, support agents and be in charge of reviewing and uploading the revenue forecast that is prepared on a monthly basis to the finance team.

Tasks
Obtain Data
You will be in charge of monitoring competitors daily forex rates, either by calling to our POS or by visiting them directly. Apart from this, we will need to be aware of any pricing change that takes place.
Analyze Revenue Reports
You will analyze our revenue KPIs and reports to take decisions accordingly and be able to improve the company gross profit. You will also be in charge of creating promotions and taking actions according to the market flow etc.
Collaborate
Visit agents and customers in the assigned area to solve any doubts and/or issues on a daily basis, offer training, guidance and recommendations to obtain a more valuable and beneficial business relationship.
Design and develop the monthly forecast
Prepare daily, weekly and monthly periodic reports for the Management in order to undertake the correct action for the continued development of the organization.
Execute Company Strategies
Revenue analyst will execute company strategies regarding revenue by providing new ideas and also implementing the guidelines of the head management team.

Qualifications
Analytical thinking – revenue analyst use analytical skills and critical thinking to design new strategies to increase company profits
Math skills – revenue analyst create financial reports and study financial data, which requires a good understanding of mathematics
High management skills in informatic tools – access statistical and financial data using various programs (e.g. Excel) and create digital reports
Attention to detail – use attention to detail to spot patterns and trends and see where improvements can be made to maximize company revenue
Communication skills –frequently collaborate with department supervisors and executives to develop and implement revenue-generating strategies, which requires excellent verbal communication skills
Language skills: Professional proficiency in English and Swedish is required. Skills in another language is a strong plus.
