<h2><strong>We are looking for a Spanish speaking Customer Support Agent</strong></h2>

<h3><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></h3>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">As a member of our support team you will support our English speaking customers by phone and email from our Houston office but also help them face to face at our new Meet-up place (a physical location café/office where we meet our customers at). You need to be fluent, written and spoken, in English. </span><em><span style="font-weight: 400;">Please note that you need to be based in the US already.</span></em></p>

<h3><strong>Requirements:</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Fluent in Spanish and English</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Previous experience from customer service</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">A big plus if you have experience from the service industry</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Fantastic communication skills and extremely service minded</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Great at combining quality focus with efficiency</span></li>
