Agile Business Developer - Stockholm

Assignment Description:
We are looking for an Agile Business Developer who is experienced in working with agile frameworks, such as SAFe and have experience of introducing agile working methods and methods in public organizations.

What you'll do:
● Plan and carry out training on agile approaches, working methods and methods for leaders, managers, and employees in the organization.
● Support in further developing and introducing agile approaches, working methods and methods in business development.
● Coach leaders, managers, and teams in different parts of the organization in agile approaches, working methods and methods.
● Evaluate existing working methods and identify areas where we can improve efficiency and collaboration by further developing and introducing agile approaches, working methods and methods.
● Provide ongoing consulting and expertise in key areas of focus and conduct product demos when needed.
Who you are:
● Have experience of working with agile working methods and methods, such as scrum, kanban and lean.
● Good knowledge of DevOps, Continuous Integration teams and integration tests involving a different systems and applications.
● Experience of coaching leaders, managers, and teams in the transition to agile working methods and approaches.
● Proven track record of taking the lead in driving features all the way from analysis to solutions that really work in the business.
● Excellent communication, people, and stakeholder management skills.
