Agile Change Leader (654218)

About this opportunity
We are looking for an Agile Change Leader to the Dedicated Networks Technology & Development team who will aid and guide us in our agile journey, as well as improving our ways of working and processes along the way.

What you will do
You will be the main driver of our agile transformation change projects as well as in mentoring the organization to adopt the agile mentality. In order to be successful, we expect you to perform your work in close collaboration with the development teams, product management team as well as the R&D leadership team.

You will bring
To be successful in this role, we believe that you bring the following:
Proven track-record and experience from Agile Coaching in large, multi-site organizations
Solid understanding of IT/Telecom products and development processes
Experience from working as Scrum Master (or equivalent) in a Software Development team
Background in a technical role, such as a Software Developer or equivalent
Certifications in either Scrum or SAFe are considered a merit
