Vi tror att du trivs med att ställas inför nya utmaningar och att du förstår vikten av att sätta kunden i fokus.Work tasks:Facilitate retrospectivesRemove impediments to the team's *workprocesses* (Retrospectives, Standups)Facilitate Team DemosAttend standup (offer feedback and alternative perspectives if deemed necessary to "unlock" team decisions, team decides)Actively coach Product Owners, UX, Teams and surrounding functions how they can improve their agile processes (Retrospectives, Standups, Incidents)Rollout of Continuous Deployment as a product delivery method.Current Agile Coach has also done below:Actively work to build self-improving teams (skills, cooperation, atmosphere, quality, focus, reflection, transparency, trust) (ad-hoc discussions, 1-1 discussions, team building activities)Provide visualizations/information radiators of plans, progress, status and improvements (Product Increment Board, Standup Boards, PO/UX Workprocess)Coach teams and individuals to resolve conflicts together with line managers (1-1 discussions, Retrospectives)Provide feedback and 1-1 coaching if required (ad-hoc discussions, sync meetings, 1-1 discussions)Office coordination (seats and other stuff)Onboarding coordination w.
