We are looking for several business savvy agilists to take on the role as Agile Coach to guide us through our cultural and organisational journey. If you have great communication, leadership and technical skills, and want to lead the way in one of Europe’s largest agile transformations, this is the opportunity for you!
About the role
We are on a journey together which means there is no clear path. You will play an important role in setting the foundation and creating our future organisation. As a Senior Agile Coach, you strive to relentlessly strengthen our agile mindset with the customer in focus. You will work with empowered product teams on different maturity levels and servant leaders to grow a healthy, collaborative and continuously improving culture, while eliminating waste and building quality in.
Responsibilities
You will collaborate with other agile coaches and play an important role in coaching and mentoring people throughout the whole organisation in all aspects of agile practices and principles. Respect for and belief in people and the ability to optimize the whole is crucial to your success.
Furthermore, you will:
Promote self-organisation and team spirit; pushing for the right, not for the easy
Give constructive feedback and strive to shorten the feedback loops
Support and facilitate workshops and ceremonies on different levels
Assist with internal and external communication, improving transparency and clarity

Your mindset & skills
Being an Agile Coach is a multifaced role, and we want you to be a source of inspiration for the agile mindset. With passion and encouragement, you will make agile principles an integral part of the H&M culture. You possess great people skills, a large dose of curiosity and a positive can-do attitude to motivate your surroundings. Finding, implementing and pursuing radical new ideas and solutions, even in complex situations, really gets you going. You inspire and coach others to develop and continuously improve a transparent, trusting environment.
Furthermore, we believe you:
Dare to challenge the status quo
Are fluent in agile methodologies and frameworks, such as Scrum and Kanban
Have extensive experience of lean and agile software development processes and DevOps practices
Have a few years of experience as a Scrum Master, Product Owner, Agile Coach or similar in a large scaled agile organisation with complex dependencies
Have played a central role in agile transformations
