Within Development & Engineering (D&E) we are on our journey to create a focused, engaging, and agile way of working to deliver robust solution faster. As an agile coach you will drive the agile transformation and the agile way of working across the entire organization. You will interact with development programs, teams and functions in the development organization and other Tetra Pak internal/external partners and networks.
You will be based in Lund, Sweden or Modena, Italy and you will be travelling approximately 15-20% of your time.
What you will do
As Agile Coach, you will:
· Be part of a central team and drive the Agile Transformation
· Coach programmes and scrum teams in both strategic and daily matters of working efficiently in agile
· Facilitate the transformation towards an Agile organization with relevant trainings, communications, and events
· Work strategically to improve the agile transformation and engage with senior management to impact the change agenda
· Be a lead member of the agile transformation journey
· Facilitate workshops, build Agile knowledge and skills
Who you are
The successful candidate has a University degree and 5-7 years of proven experience with Agile Coaching and/or work experience driving proven impact within large-scale agile transformations, preferably within the industrial area. You have experience of stakeholder management in an international context. Special attention will be paid to candidates with line management or other leadership roles or with background in product management, driving change activities, preferably from R&D in a complex engineering organization. Certifications within SPC and/or ICP-ACC is a plus. You have excellent command of both written and verbal English.

You are experienced in coaching and facilitating people and teams to achieve results. Building networks in order to understand and solve obstacles comes natural to you. Since you will be acting in a context with many different perspectives you are good at driving change and efficient communication with various stakeholders. We believe you have a deep interest in agile transition, change management and product development.
