Agile Coach

ALTEN Stockholm IT division is now looking for a driven leader with a sincere interest in technology! We believe you are passionate about continuous improvement and team skills, have the ability to understand our clients´ goals and values, enjoy introducing and maintaining agile principles and best practices - at any level within the organization. For this assignment, you will implement an agile culture and way of working by breaking down goals to deliverable items, training teams in continuously developing processes, coaching scrum masters, product owners and other key roles within our clients´ corporation.

-5 years of experience in agile coaching
-Experience in agile methodology such as Scrum, Lean, Kanban, and SAFe is meritorious
-Ability to coach both individuals and teams in a structured way
-Ability to listen and understand alternate points of view and adapt the coaching to the individuals
-Structured, analytical and an ability to visualize the characteristics that are needed
- Fluent in Swedish and English
