Agile Coach

For our client we are looking for an Agile Coach.
Description:
Agile Coach with experience from implementing scaled agile, coaching teams, management and business stakeholders into a scaled agile way of working.
The consultant needs to have extensive knowledge in agile methodology, agile implementation, coaching and mentoring. Be able to facilitate trainings, workshops and agile events.
About You...
You are a customer focused team player with experience of working in agile teams as well as from coaching organizations on their agile journey. You have the knowledge and confidence to support our client in taking the right steps in their Agile transition. You have previous experience from scaled agile implementation and do not hesitate to challenge existing behaviors and ways of working.
You Have…
Strong Communication and Collaboration Skills
Experience of both coaching agile teams and scaled agile implementation
Ability to support the teams/individuals in the teams as well as managers / business stakeholders depending on their need
Deep knowledge in agile principles, methodology/tools
