Responsibilities
You will on this assignment have the opportunity to support the team to achieve increased agile maturity based on modern agile principles while also inspire and coach through action, both at a high conceptual level and at a pragmatic and practical level. All of this with a combination of being the agile conscience with supporting the leadership team with the knowhow about how to deliver on the vision, mission and target.

Qualifications
You are knowledgeable and have passion for software development. Here you will have the opportunity to excel at leading, coaching and mentoring software development teams towards delivering timely, high quality software. As a person you are experienced with working with teams, as an Engineer, Scrum Master, Product Owner, or Team Lead with agile teams that develop internet services or products.
We see that you have experience helping teams manage change (preferably in a technical environment) where you know how to inspire, motivate and support these teams to get things done. There you have developed  a deep understanding of software development, communication, group dynamics and coaching. We think you have at least five years of experience as an Agile coach and additional years as a Scrum Master.
