In Linköping, we’re developing our camera systems. As a site, our responsibilities range from electronics and optics to software, algorithms and vehicle testing. All vision development teams are working cross-functionally based on agile principles.

Our purpose-driven and curious teams are creating trust in mobility through human-centric innovation. We are today the largest pure-player in Advanced Driver Assist Systems (ADAS) and Autonomous Driving (AD). We design and manufacture products and solutions for active safety, autonomous driving, occupant protection and brake control.

What you'll do?
We are now hiring a Agile Coach within Vision Development, a newly formed organization within Veoneer at our Linköping office. The department is responsible for developing the next generation Vision platform and reference products integrating both hardware and software. Within Vision Development the teams are working cross-functionally based on Lean and Agile principles.

In your position as Agile Coach you will focus on developing the organization to become fit for purpose, effective and efficient, through adoption of Agile practices, principles, values and mindset. In your role, you will coach all roles within the organization, including individuals, teams, and management. You are expected to challenge the current ways of working and encourage innovative improvements and experiments.

Where needed you will be expected to educate the organization in Agile and Lean methodologies, as well as facilitate events of the agile framework in use throughout the global Veoneer organization.

In addition, you will drive improvements through cooperation with other Agile Coaches to align ways of working across organizational boundaries, promoting visualization of the current status of the workflow, and by being a driving member of the Agile community of practices.

Throughout Vision Development you will continually assess the organization’s adherence to Agile values and current ways of working and take appropriate actions when needed, while leading by example.


What you'll bring:
The position requires deep knowledge and understanding of how to practice Agile, Lean and DevOps methodologies at scale.

The position requires a background and experience within software product development and processes from requirements to test coverage, integrating hardware and software.

The position requires good leadership skills, that you are clear in your communication, have an analytical ability as well as the ability to make decisions. You are responsive and outgoing and maintain good relationships.

Meriting experiences: product development integrating hardware and software, a proven track record of coaching teams and individuals, compute clusters, CI, Agile and Lean principles and methods, the automotive industry and work with safety-critical systems.

To succeed in this position, we prefer that you have:

- Experience as Agile Coach or equivalent
- Good knowledge in Lean, DevOps and Agile methodology
- Experience in leading others as well as building and developing teams
- Good English & Swedish skills, spoken and written Minimum Bachelor of Science degree or equivalent
