Who are you?

We believe you are an experienced Agile Coach with prior experience as a Scrum Master or similar agile roles with a high level of personal leadership, business acumen and foremost a burning interest for communication and how to drive the agile mindset.

About the job

You will work together with our Agile Coaches in the Agile Program Office, supporting our change into an agile organisation and culture.  You will continuously develop our model & ways of working, coach our Product Owners, Scrum Masters and team members, ensuring a successful change and transformation throughout Alfa Laval.

Key tasks:
* Nurturing the agile mindset in the Value Streams
* Coaching the teams and facilitating learning
* Communicating and supporting agile way of working towards stakeholders and management
* Being part of the Lean Agile Centre of Excellence supporting our agile transformation

What you know

You have a high level of initiative, drive, persistence and focus on personal development as well as strong change leadership, communication and presentation skills and are fluent in business English.

You have +5 years’ experience as an Agile Coach and Scrum Master in challenging contexts, leading change and showing courage in difficult situations.
