Job Summary
Do you have experience of driving Agile transformation and being responsible for the way of working in an international and industrial environment?

Within Development & Technology (D&T) we are transforming the way of working and with help from agile transformation journey and together with the implementation of our new supporting product creation process committed to deliver robust solution faster. As an agile coach you will drive the agile transformation and the agile way of working across the entire organization. You will interact with development programmes, teams and functions in the development organization and other Tetra Pak internal/external partners and networks
The position is based in Lund, Sweden.
What you will do
As our new Agile Coach, you will lead and enable the agile transformation journey and play an important role in coaching programmes, teams and functions to adopt the best practices and achieve the expected values. In this role:
Be part of a cross cultural central team responsible for driving the Agile Transformation
Coach programmes and scrum teams in both strategic and daily matters of working efficiently in agile
Facilitate programmes and team in share n learn and support adopting the defined best practices
Be part of driving the transformation and continuous improvement towards an Agile organization
Help creating and deliver relevant trainings, communications, and events
Work strategically to ensure an effective agile transformation
Be a lead member of the agile transformation journey
Facilitate workshops, build and share Agile knowledge and skills
We believe you have
The successful candidate has a University education, advantageously within engineering. You have 5-7 years of proven experience with Agile Coaching and work experience within leading transformation within the industrial area and product development. Experience from driving agile transformation in a HW environment or combination HW & SW environment is considered a plus. It is also a plus if you have experience of senior stakeholder management in an international context.
Special attention will be paid to candidates with leadership roles in driving change in a complex engineering organization or project management experience preferably in R&D. You have very good skills in both written and verbal English.
