Job Description
We are looking for experienced agile coaches to help us guide the transformation of our Business Tech Organization. If you want to be an ambassador for our agile way of working and our H&M Group values, then this is the opportunity for you!
What you will do as an Agile Coach
You teach, mentor and coach our leaders, teams and colleagues on our agile transformation journey. Our goal is to reach double impact, half time to market by 2023. Our culture is shaped by strong respect and belief in everyone and we need your help to drive our transformation forward, both in terms of doing and being agile with the goal of becoming a self-learning organization. Furthermore, you will:
Lead the way in us becoming an agile H&M Group
Make sure agile ways of working are understood, practiced, and adjusted to fit the purpose
Challenge existing structures and behaviors
Help to set up and facilitate agile ceremonies on different levels
Facilitate discussion, decision making, and conflict resolution

Who are you?
Being an Agile Coach is a multifaceted role and you will be the guardian of the agile mindset. To be successful we believe you have a great passion and knowledge of the lean/agile landscape and you possess great people skills, a curious mindset and a positive can-do attitude. You dare to take initiative, to stand-up and to be creative.
You have great communication and leadership skills and you are excellent at problem solving. You find and implement new ideas and solutions even in complex situations. You can inspire and coach others to continuously improve and create a transparent and trusting environment. Furthermore, we believe you:
Have a deep understanding of lean/agile principles and ways of working
Have high emotional intelligence with a fantastic ability to motivate others
Have 5+ years of experience as an agile coach
Have the knowledge to guide the teams in becoming empowered product teams, outcome over output - covering areas such as Product Strategy, Product Discovery, Delivery and mindset
