At AstraZeneca, we turn ideas into life changing medicines. Working here means being ambitious, thinking big and working together to make the impossible a reality. We're passionate about the potential of science to address the unmet needs of patients around the world. We commit to those areas where we believe we can really change the course of medicine and bring big new ideas to life.

It's likely you'll be operating in a similar role, preferably within a similarly sized global business, but we're open to background and industry sector.

As well as the above, the following would be useful too;

* Detailed and deep knowledge of Agile principles and practices, with a focus on SAFe and Scrum.
* Strong consulting and facilitation skills in leading technical teams in the adoption and improvement of Agile frameworks

* Strong passion to provide instruction and mentoring
