Our most important software product, Tobii Pro Lab, used by universities, researchers and commercial actors around the globe is constantly developed and enhanced. The product is used to design, conduct and analyze experiments centered around eye tracking. Our customers bet their academic career or next marketing campaign on insights gained from our software, so we need to offer a high-quality product handling high volumes of data with microsecond timing resolution and precision.
We are a truly agile company without hierarchy and bureaucracy, and we work in small autonomous and cross-functional teams. You will be working side by side with researchers, engineers, QA and developers that enjoy collaborating, learning, improving and most of all deliver solutions that help our customers reach their goals. We aim to serve, and we have fun doing it! The team is split in several scrum teams located in Stockholm and Kyiv. Our customers are all over the world.
What You’ll Do:
Your primary responsibility role as Agile Coach will be, coaching and helping the teams (both in Stockholm and Kyiv) to be as effective and efficient as possible. You contribute in an encouraging way to develop and spread the company culture and the agile way of thinking among the team. You coach the team to conduct good internal and external communication, improve transparency and disseminate information. You facilitate discussions, decision-making and conflict resolution.
You will play a key role in the acceleration of the product’s growth agenda and expand the product offering to the worldwide market.
Responsibilities:
· Facilitate meetings for the team, including preparing, moderation and post processing for the agile process as well as the supporting agile organization
· Actively listen and observe, to identify impediments and foster their removal
· Teach teams agile practices and lateral leadership
· Teach and support the team and individuals to be autonomous within the given boundaries of the organization and its processes
· Help teams to maximize their autonomy, individual mastery and make sure the teams have a purpose
· Help teams and individuals to identify potentials with their roles and within the agile organization and ensure equal voice and autonomy
· Mediating the team through conflicts and help them with making decisions and foster the team's self-organization
· Create a culture of inspect and adapt for teams and establish a continuous improvement process
Requirements:
· Hands-on experience working as an Agile Coach or Scrum Master in an agile environment
· You have knowledge of lean and agile principles, and have experience using them to help teams succeed
· You have a genuine passion for helping teams and individuals to grow
· You have experience fostering or working with high-performing teams
· You have a servant leader mindset, understanding of Tribes & Chapters, Guilds, Management 3.0 and related agile organizational concepts
· You are a team player, full of empathy and intuition
· Background in developing and architecting systems, architectural and dev-ops work is useful but not mandatory
· Speak English, that’s our main language
· Certification is useful but not mandatory
