About this opportunity
An Agile Coach is pivotal /one of the key pillars for the successful WoW transformation of the organization into Lean Agile WoW. The individual will be supporting GIT in its implementation of Product Oriented Operating Model which will include but not limited to: establishing OKRs for the new organization (Product Areas and Chapters), building Roadmaps for teams transformation, developing Teams Collaboration and Empowerment. To coach and mentor diverse and cross-functional teams in establishing agile ways of working.
What you will do
Leading transformation: Advising on org design, creating adoption roadmaps, e.g adapting Product Oriented operating model, adoption of DevSecOps
Working as Management Coach/Sparring partners for leaders on creating conditions of success for high-performing teams.
Assessing the maturity of teams and organizations and coaching to higher levels of maturity
Developing high potential employees with limited relevant experience into Agile Coaches, Scrum Masters, and Product Owners / Managers
Facilitating/coaching big-picture exercises like Objectives and Key Results, Value Stream Mapping etc.
Facilitating/coaching Scrum and Scaled Agile ceremonies (e.g., Big Room Planning); intake and prioritization at the team, program, and portfolio levels; cross-team dependency management; user story slicing, story writing, and backlog maintenance
Co-creating a broad Delivery Practices toolbox that is framework-agnostic
Building a safe environment with an emphasis on transparency, collaboration, and problem solving.
Participating in Communities of Practice; using creativity and a sense of humor to make building great products fun!
Experience Requirements
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Good skills and knowledge of servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, empowerment, and increasing transparency
Must be a hands-on practitioner, able and willing to work with teams while coaching them to sustainability.
Experience as a Scrum Master for a team that was diligently applying Scrum. Experience with scaled Agile (SAFe, LESS)
Experience with non-Scrum flavors of Agile (Kanban, Lean, etc.)
Working Knowledge of DevSecOps, CI/CD Tools, Agile Workflow Tools, Testing practices like TDD, ATDD and BDD and Familiarity with Testing tools/frameworks.
