Agile Coach

Do you want to be part of developing Verisure Innovations digital future? We are looking for an Agile Coach to our office in Malmö.

We need an experienced agile coach who helps us in our transformation of IT. As an expert in the Agile mindset and methodologies, you will work in our Agile Office and together with teams involved in the Ways of working transformation program.

About the role

Our Agile Coaches at Verisure Innovation are part of a small team responsible for the ways of working of our Technology North organization. We work in a global community within Verisure and base our ways of working and mindset on our Verisure DNA, our current way of working, the technology strategy, and inspired by agile and scaled agile practices. ​​   

As an Agile Coach your responsibility is to:
* Coach, challenge & train teams, and individuals
* Detect obstacles, propose ways to solve them, and support and drive the implementation adapted to the Verisure reality as well as to act as subject matter expert on the agile transformation program
* Develop the different Agile roles, to achieve the right talent development
* Work as a facilitator both within the teams and across the organization

Location: Malmö

Who are you?

You are an initiative-taking team player who easily can build relationships within an organization. To succeed in the role, it is important that you are solution oriented, pragmatic and have great communicative skills.
* Experience working on IT Agile transformations
* Good understanding of software development principles

If you have knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, Less or SAFe, as example of Scaling agile frameworks, this is a plus. It is also an advantage if you have previous experience of a coaching role.

Relevant education from a university, college or vocational university is desirable. You have a very good ability to express yourself in speech and writing in English.
