Agile Coach

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Agile coach to join our dynamic team.

Responsibilities:

Facilitation and organization of ART(PI) level events like SOS, and PI planning.
Broader organisation-level focus, focus beyond individual team level
Coaching and mentoring key stakeholders in ART like Technical Product Owners, Scrum Masters, RTE(Release train Engineers) etc
Coaching the ART w.r.t Estimation, Predictability, refinements, and Iteration planning and conducting workshops and training if needed
Drive teams towards "Autonomy & Self-organisation" through servant leadership
Define and drive metrics and other measurement criteria that help assess and improve Teams/ARTs performance and Agile maturity.
Be a Change Agent in the organization's Agile transformation journey


Requirements:
Expertise in Agile methodologies SAFe, Scrum, Kanban
Experience from working or driving Agile transformation in large Organisations
Agile Coach experience at least 2 years
Experience working with Jira
Strong communication and facilitation skills
Fluent in English
SAFe certifications (not a must-have but desired)
