Job Description
We are looking for an Agile Coach to work with a team of Agile Lean Practitioners and spearhead our coaching towards senior leaders both within and across different functions within H&M Brand and Group.
As a team we support, coach and mentor Business Tech & Integrated Functions, to improve Ways of Working through modern methodologies & practices, based on measurable need(s). We do this to foster collaboration & ensure that we do the right thing(s), improve how we do it, always given the current state.
The Agile Coach will be part of a team of Agile Lean Practitioners, mentoring, coaching and facilitating senior leaders and supporting them in adopting better ways of working and ensuring the adoption of best practices from the top down.
It is the Agile Coach’s responsibility to support our organization and enable the whole system, by constantly seeking continuous improvements, in line with our organizational goals. The Agile Coach has great leadership and excellent communication skills, believes in a culture of collaboration, transparency, safety, and trust.
The Agile Coach is responsible to support and drive cultural change by championing an agile mindset, and ensure the organization is learning from industry best practices.
This is a key role for the H&M Group and its transformation. As an Agile coach you will be a key contributor to change how leaders adopt the new ways of working and will also have a great impact in the whole organization.

Qualifications
Things we look for:
Extensive experience with Change Management in large organizations (10 years)
Expertise in change management working in a matrix organization and large transformation initiatives on a global scale.
Senior management coaching experience.
Focus in the ICF Agile Competency Framework towards Transformation.
Strong ability to design and implement change management strategies.
Preferably experience from Retail vertical, and specifically Business Tech or similar organizations.
Strong product management skills, mixed with heavy cross-functional dependencies, in non-software related core business processes.
Experience as a change agent leading process improvements in a large enterprise.
Strong skills for leading, educating, and coaching.
High-energy and passionate outlook to the job and can influence those around her/him.
Strong problem-solving skills – able to find solutions in complex situations and involve various stakeholders.
Sets high standards and inspires others to continuous improvement.
