Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Agile Coach to join our dynamic team.
What You Will Work On:
Collaborating with the organization, product managers, and product owners to drive agile and product transformation initiatives.
Implementing agile methodologies effectively across diverse work cultures and environments, ensuring successful adoption and integration.
Facilitating communication and collaboration between teams and leadership, fostering a culture of agility and continuous improvement.
Designing and delivering comprehensive training sessions and workshops, both in-person and virtually, to educate teams on agile principles and practices.
Engaging with product teams and leadership to drive change and enhance organizational agility, leveraging excellent communication and influencing skills.
Supporting all levels of the organization, from product teams to leadership, in embracing agile practices and driving towards common goals.
Leveraging IT experience and knowledge of software development lifecycle and methodologies to provide valuable insights and guidance.

What You Bring:
Proven track record of successfully implementing agile methodologies in diverse work environments, demonstrating adaptability and effectiveness.
Experience working closely with product management, understanding their needs and aligning agile practices accordingly.
Strong communication and influencing skills, capable of building effective relationships and driving change across teams and leadership.
Proficiency in designing and conducting training sessions and workshops, both in-person and virtual, to educate and empower teams.
Ability to work effectively in both product teams and leadership teams, collaborating towards shared objectives and driving continuous improvement.
Familiarity with IT environments and knowledge of software development lifecycle and methodologies, providing valuable insights and guidance.
Flexibility to work in a hybrid work model, primarily in the office with the option for remote work in Sweden 1-2 days per week, based on business needs.
