IKEA R&S Digital, where this role will be situated, leads and guides the totality of the IKEA R&S digital landscape by combining business knowledge, digital competence and ways of working, realising business opportunities today and tomorrow.
Job Description
In IKEA R&S, we are currently defining agile ways of working and organizing our digital business around user value. We are looking for an experienced Agile Coach who will be facilitating user value creation through agile ways of working. You will start up our agile network within Range and Supply and be a key player in our digital transformation through your coaching and mentoring of leaders and teams across IKEA R&S.
As our Agile Coach, you will:
Take lead in creating one “Agile voice” across Range and Supply, defining what agile is to us within IKEA R&S and how we best make use of the agile mind set and frameworks.
Establish and lead the agile network and community across IKEA R&S.
Raise the competence level across R&S through training and coaching
Help both leaders and teams understand our ways of working and define our wanted outcomes.
Be part of the digital ways of working team and play a key role in defining our ways of working.
Support the implementation and establishment of agile ways of working (incl. Agile Frameworks/Methods/ Tools and competence)
You will report to the Digital Ways of Working Manager at IKEA R&S Digital.

You are goal and delivery oriented and have the ability to lead in a matrix context, for the right candidate there will be opportunities to further grow in the organisation.
Experience from previous work as Agile Coach, Product Owner and/or Scrum Master is a must as well as good understanding of agile mind-set, ways of working and frameworks.
Moreover, we also believe that you have:
An academic or practical background within IT / Software Engineering
The ability to move between strategic holistic- and practical- thinking in a methodical way
A desire to share knowledge, develop people and competence.
The ability to engage with key stakeholders to understand and translate their needs.
A strong will to succeed through teams and colleagues by giving support, trust, and guidance
Good knowledge in agnostic agile
Strong communication and facilitating skills
Finally, as we see different delivery methods (Waterfall, Hybrid and Agile) being used, you will play an important role in order to support and guide the organisation to choose the right delivery method for the given assignment.
