Our Exciting Opportunity
We are looking for an Agile Coach to join the Digital Transformation Office to lead strategic business project teams (known to us as Lighthouses) on their agile transformation journey. Scaling up and out through the organization as a catalyst for change and improvement, unlocking value and delivering significant business impact.
You will
Work with your team (or teams or possibly a team of teams) to adopt, embed and master agile ways of working and mindset
Foster an environment for team collaboration and speedy value delivery
Build team and individual capability and empower them.
Provide agile thought leadership to your scrum team(s), main interfaces, DTO and wider organization
Contribute to the Agile Chapter by building out our transformation approach and to the Ericsson cross-company agile guild
Report into the Head of Digital Center

University degree
Experience working in Business or Engineering / ICT
Hands-on experience as a Scrum Master / Agile Coach
Extensive familiarity with the agile methodology
Extensive communication and methodical thinking skills
Scrum Master or Product Owner certification (through e.g. scrum.org)
