The Agile coach chapter in Group Digital is now looking for an Agile coach who loves to work with people and who is passionate about lifting organizational glass roofs.
We believe that you are passionate about change, about improving things, and always looking for the next level of business agility. You are also a true team player, and a doer who is not afraid of getting your hands dirty. Agile theory is not enough for you, you take pride in implementing it in practice and to get real, sustainable results. You love to work both on a strategic and operational level.
You have been doing this for a long time, and you have proven experience from similar work in other companies and organizations. You are a strong leader, who can influence, create networks and get people to follow your lead. You also have a strong drive and ability to identify and act yourself when you see opportunities and challenges.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
You will work in the Agile coach chapter in Group Digital and drive bigger agile transformational activities and initiatives on an organizational level and explore how such activities can be implemented in other areas to create consistency across organizations and benefit the larger Ingka Group universe.
You will be part of setting the agile guardrails and change management methods for successful transformations to enable change in the known and unknown and advise and guide business leaders in defining outcome-based transformational goals that will inspire to improve business agility and increase business and customer value.
You will be part of building and evolving the Ingka agile community to ensure that an aligned agile movement of ambassadors is created across Ingka Group.
