Agile Coach in Lund

The programme is ongoing and follows an agile hybrid model based on Scrum. The challenge lies in helping the client to simplify and improve their way of working and promote agility.

Descriptions of the activity, role and responsibilities within the role.

- · Review the client's current way of working to understand their current limitations, bottlenecks and pain-points.
- · Coach and educate the client's organization in agile way of working by supporting them in their implementation of a new way of working. You will be working together with people with no or little experience of Scrum.
- ·Spread Agile best practices.


Required skills:

- ·5 years of agile coach experience
- · Has experience from big complex projects/programmes
- · Has experience from working in big, global companies with distributed teams.
- · Has experience from both IT and non-IT projects/programmes
- · Able to teach and coach organization in practical application of agile methodology.
- · Excellent communication skills. Experience from working with senior management.


Nice to have skills:

(Certified) Scrum Master

Experienced working as Product Owner.

Experienced in general Project Management

Have experience of JIRA as Scrum/Kanban tool
