Agile Coach - Stockholm

Assignment Description:
We are looking for an experienced Agile Coach to join our team.
What you will work on:
Providing guidance and training to the Digital Services department in the implementation of agile frameworks, fostering a culture of agility from strategic planning to operational execution.
Collaborating with the Guiding and training unit to support multiple teams with interconnected goals and dependencies.
Leading and facilitating change initiatives to transition teams from traditional methodologies to effective agile practices.
Utilizing tools such as Jira or equivalent for agile project management and tracking.
Defining and measuring goals, metrics, and key performance indicators to assess the success of agile implementation.
Communicating proficiently in both written and spoken Swedish to ensure effective knowledge sharing and collaboration.

What you bring:
Extensive experience (9-12 years) working with agile methodologies, including a minimum of 3 years as an agile coach for multiple teams with interdependencies.
Proven track record of orchestrating successful transitions to agile practices, including at least two instances where management groups were transformed into agile teams.
Proficiency in utilizing Jira or equivalent tools for managing agile projects and workflows.
Ability to set, monitor, and evaluate goals, metrics, and key performance indicators to drive continuous improvement.
Strong communication skills in both spoken and written Swedish.
