Description

The organization is looking for a Agile Coach to join the Digital Transformation Office to lead strategic business project teams on their agile transformation journey. Scaling up and out through the organization as a catalyst for change and improvement, unlocking value and delivering significant business impact.

Work tasks:

- Work with cross-functional business team to adopt, embed and master agile ways of working and mindset
- Foster an environment for team collaboration and speedy value delivery
- Build team and individual capability and empower them.
- Provide agile thought leadership to your scrum team(s), main interfaces, and wider organization
- Contribute to the Agile Chapter by building out their transformation approach and to the cross-company agile guild


Mandatory competence and experience:

- University degree
- Experience working in Business or Engineering / ICT
- Hands-on experience as a Scrum Master / Agile Coach
- Extensive familiarity with the agile methodology
- Extensive communication and methodical thinking skills
- Scrum Master or Product Owner certification (through e.g. scrum.org)
