Assignment Description:
We are looking for an Agile Coach who is experienced in experience in IT operations organization and have worked in a business with a large proportion of outsourced IT.

What you'll do:
● Work at the center of the company's change as they plan and execute their agile journey inspired by the SAFe framework.
● Demonstrates and shares experiences and observations with all team members and to ensure best practices are being used and recommends process improvement.
● Introduce Agile methodologies and implement agility in the project delivery processes using SAFe and Scrum.
● Continue to evangelize the need for top-down support for agile culture and values to achieve maximum results from the use of agile practices.
● Coaching and mentoring Scrum Masters, Product Owners, Agile teams, and management to enhance release planning, Agile ceremonies, continuous integration, and continuous delivery practices.
Who you are:
● Have relevant education and experience regarding coaching and change management.
● Industry experience from IT - operations organization and that you have worked in a business with a large proportion of outsourced IT.
● Have Experience in the implementation of SAFe inspiring principles in a larger organization.
● Enjoy driving agile change with a balanced view of "slavishly following frameworks" and "not eroding a framework.
● Have a coaching and friendly way that creates a safe and pleasant atmosphere.
● Excellent communication, teamwork skills, inter-personal and Organizational skills.
