Agile Coach - Torslanda/remote

As an Agile coach and Scrum Master, you will coach teams in all elements of SAFe and agile methods of working, assuring mind-sets and work to improve deliveries via the flow of value. You will also arrange and facilitate team and cluster rituals such as iteration planning, demonstrations, and retrospectives. It is also critical to establish and enhance planning and delivery iterations.
You will also enable and assist clarity in priorities, provide transparency of team work, releases, and successes across the company, and support results measurement.
Assess the team's and organization's maturity, then teach the team and its members to greater degrees of maturity at a rate that is sustainable and comfortable for the team and organisation.
Assist in the management and reduction of risks and dependencies, as well as the removal, escalation, and tracking of barriers. You will collaborate with colleagues from all sites throughout the world, but especially with the product owners and product manager.
