Agile Data Science Engineer, Data Engineer

Demonstrates passion for delivering data to users /stakeholders, he/she will collaborate in a team that enables easy access of the data available for analysis. He/she has proven fast learning skills and enjoy to take complex challenges.


Responsibilities: Be an enabler for easy access of Data through the development and maintenance of AD Data Factory framework, methods and other Data Processing Tools and Data Formats. Shares responsibility of decoding of vehicle data in storage and compute clusters. Support stakeholders/users with their requirements to become Data Driven. Collaborate with internal and external users and companies.


Mandatory skills and experience: Python/C++ (Software development skills) and Linux experience. Data Management, Database action preferable Postgress SQL, Data management understanding Fluent in English language, spoken and written.
Good Communicator.
Bachelor's degree or higher in any of the following: Computer Science, Systems Control and Mechatronics, Engineering Physics, Engineering Mathematics, Electronics.


Desired Skills and experience:
Experience with external storage and compute clusters. Familiar with Automotive and Sensor Data.
MATLAB, REACT (web coding).
Familiar with Data Ingest chain and Activity Framework (Meta Data extraction, First validation of data, Data Discard, Decoding and Analysis)
Has the ability to transform complexity into simple concepts.
Knowledge in Data Security.
Knowledge about Processing Big Data.
Data Basis and Data indexing. Elastic Surge. Jenkins, Git, Gerrit (Version Control tools), Job Scheduler such as PBS (Portable Batch System)- SLURM.
Awareness of the importance of testing SW in Continuous Integration.
Familiar with Agile and SAFe methodologies.
Software Architecture- Framework development- Automation.
Mandarin skills are a plus.
