We now have a great opportunity for an Analytics Agile Delivery Lead to our Data & Analytics unit in Stockholm.
I am Tobias Eriksson, the leader of our Common Data Services unit, and I am looking for a talented Analytics Agile Delivery Lead to help us implement awesome analytical products for customers across all countries of Telia Company. Our mission is to work closely with our internal stakeholders to enable new business opportunities as well as optimizing investments and operations based on big data insights.

As an Analytics Agile Delivery Lead, you will have a key role in the team being the bridge between business and analytics, helping the stakeholders together with the team maximize the value out of analytics. You will be part of a highly skilled and passionate team focused on delivering actionable insights for different lines of business across our 6 countries where we operate. We are working in agile cross-functional DevOps teams tightly integrated with our stakeholders. Our team consists of data engineers, data analysts, data scientists, agile delivery leads, solution architects and product owner.
Your will be the driving force in the team making sure we deliver on our committed timelines, not jeopardizing quality and robustness of our analytical products. The role is a combination of project lead and scrum master. The role includes, but is not limited to:
Responsible for facilitating the team’s agile ceremonies such as daily stand ups, retrospectives and planning
Planning the team sprints and prioritization of the backlog together with the Product Owner
Secure proper estimates are assigned to the work being done by the team
Facilitate the removal of impediments to optimize teams’ performance by collaborating with cross functional teams and resolve dependencies and risks
Provide clear and accurate performance and delivery metrics using JIRA/Confluence
Be an active participant in architecture, design, and code reviews
Help identify key data needs, technical capabilities and dependencies to other domains for new use cases
Assist in the successful onboarding and training of new team members
Create a workspace that encourages creativity and innovation to get the most out of the team
Communicate, coordinate and align with internal/ cross functional teams

Your Experience:
Previously worked in the BI & Analytics domain as project lead or scrum master
Solid understanding of the entire analytical product development life cycle, from initial demand and requirements through the development, deployment and maintenance
Knowledge of SAFe and agile principles
Aware of typical use cases in the BI & Analytics domain
Background as BI & Analytics developer/ data analyst is a bonus
Fluent in English.
