The Role

We are looking for our new Agile leader to be part of our journey in being a fast-growing young technology company, finding our way and ways of working. You will be a key figure in coaching scrum teams and product owners and evolve our agile ways of working.

What you will be doing

- Help manage risks and dependencies
- Escalate and track impediments
- Assist tracking the execution of features and capabilities
- Summarize program Team and PI objectives
- Establish and communicate the annual calendars for Iterations and PPIs


Who we think you are

- Experience from roles such as Scrum Master or Agile coach
- Experience of coaching and developing high performing teams and leaders
- Ability to coach and mentor the people around you
- Ability to encourage innovation and new ways of working
- Ability to resolve and managing complex dependencies
- Previous experience from organizations with product focus
- BS degree in Software, Computer, or Electrical engineering
