About the job
You’ll be helping our customers with challenges such as operational agile transformation, building and leading agile teams, agile project management, agile product ownership and more. We’ll make sure to find assignments that you really want to work with.

And/Or, you’ll be supporting our in-house development with similar challenges.

To your help, you’ll have experienced colleagues/teammates here at FrontEdge IT, should you need any support, or just someone to discuss ideas with.

About the ideal candidate
We believe you have a very good practical and theoretical knowledge of agile principles.
You have skills in agile leadership, communication and collaboration.
You have the ability to lead teams, motivate and create confidence, and make things happen.
You are driven with a curious, open-minded and positive approach.
You like structure and having things organized with focus on deliveries and speed/flow, without compromising quality.

Requirements
Minimum requirements:

- B.Sc. or M.Sc. degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent work experience.
- Practical and theoretical knowledge of agile principles, such as Lean, Kanban, Scrum, SAFe etc.
- Several years combined experience from some of the following areas/roles: - Software Development
- Scrum Master
- Product Owner
- Release Train Engineer
- Project Management
- Project Coordination
- Product Management
- Change Management
- Configuration Management
- Quality Management



- Fluent in English, written and spoken.


Favorable additional skills:

- Agile development tools, such as Jira, Azure DevOps etc.
- Knowledge sharing tools, such as Confluence, Teams (Office 365) etc.
- Swedish language.
- Passion for software development
