We are looking for an agile leader to join our Agile Release Train (ART)
Job Description
The ART consists of about 30 people and includes more or less everything we are doing within our start-up as of today. Our teams in the ART are working with everything from the machine to the cloud. You will have the role as Release Train Engineer and drive the train together with team leaders, program manager, product management and architects. One of your main responsibilities will be facilitating the events of the ART. Your will focus on deliveries, flow and continuous improvements. You will be a key person for our development program and ensure agile practices.

You identify yourself as a social person with experience in building strong stakeholder relationships. You are also curious, have the ability to take initiative rather than waiting for direction and you see the opportunities in setting direction, and adjust when needed.
Qualifications:
Work experience from agile practices
University degree within engineering
Experience from any of the areas below is beneficial:
Working as a Team leader / Scrum master
Working as Project manager for technical development
Working in organization with Scrum / Scaled Agile framework
Working in organization developing software and hardware
