The Order to Delivery (O2D) department within Scania IT is responsible for developing and managing IT support systems within Scania’s entire flow from customer order to logistics, production, delivery and invoicing, as well as industrial maintenance. We work in an area with a mix of young- as well as established applications in constant change as Scania’s business is changing over time. Digitalisation grows rapidly within O2D, and we are a key player both within Digital Factory/ Smart Factory. If you are enthusiastic and have an interest in new technologies and would like to work in a global cross functional team in close cooperation with the business, this could be the right challenge for you.
We are now looking for a person, with a significant interest of Agile methods, to join the Digital Factory team. We expect team members to be able to act in different roles and to secure delivery of a service as whole, ie. planning, execution and follow up of activities involved in Support, Maintenance, Enhancement and Operation of the Digital Factory applications, within agreed financial scope and service levels.

Your role:
You will be responsible for maintaining bought applications, which includes a number of activities such as:
agreements with vendors and customers
licence handling
budget planning and follow up
participate in projects
maintain Application Release Plans according to the Infrastructure Release Plan
Your profile:
We are looking for someone who has:
A genuine interest in and preferably a few years’ experience of Agile methods
An ability to build & maintain vendor and customer relationship
knowledge around managing agreements with vendors and/or customers
Preferable knowledge and interest in CAD applications
Knowledge in configuring and optimizing applications.
As a person you are structured, have excellent problem solving skills and you enjoy taking on new challenges and working with a focus on quality and targets. Furthermore you are proactive, take initiative and have the ability to lead others. To be successful in this role you will also need good communication skills and feel comfortable working closely with several parties within the business. You are a team player, but are also capable of working independently. Experience of Autodesk, Knowledge of vbs & PowerShell scripting and of client/server technology is a merit. You probably have an IT education and/or equivalent experience In addition to Swedish, you need to be proficient in written and spoken English.
