Job Description


Your contribution to something big
Implement agile methods in the organization to produce high quality results
Coach and support other teams in applying methods
Taking responsibility for goals such as time, cost and quality in line with customers' expectations
Be part of a specific development team
Coordinate agile events
Find a good way to communicate the strengths of agility
Work together with product owners to enter requests in the backlog
Managing release plans, solving problems, facilitating communication, removing obstacles and supporting the implementation of improvements





Qualifications


What distinguishes you
Experience as Scrum Master and good knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts
Good technical understanding, Master’s degree preferred
Good communication skills, structured way of working and good problem-solving ability
Fluent in English and Swedish

Further desirable:
Supportive and coaching leadership style
Experience in project management
Good knowledge of agile frameworks
Knowledge especially in Jira for Scrum
