Agile Product Owner

With us you will have the opportunity to:

- Be a part of Team E-signing which has the responsibility for fully digital E-signing and E-distribution solutions in our digital channels. We enable our customers to sign agreements and read documents digitally in Internet Bank and mobile app
- Work with our E-signing platforms that supports many different areas in the bank and is an enabler for other products and services digital flows in App and Internet bank. Since it is applied in many areas, you have the possibility to learn different parts of the bank and be part of something that is used daily by many customers.
- You will join a highly skilled and helpful cross functional team, working in close collaboration with other cross functional teams
- You will own and prioritize the backlog and ensure agreed IO/MVPs are delivered


What is needed in this role:

- As an Agile Product Owner, you feel a strong ownership of what is being delivered, both from a quality and time to market perspective
- You own and will manage the team’s backlog - you prioritize the backlog and find the best balance between new functionality, maintenance, life cycle, regulatory items, and you make sure it´s clear for everyone what to do
- You plan and estimate the work together with the team
- You lead and guide the team in the right direction, and you have great communications and coordination skills - both within the team and with other teams
- You excel in stakeholder management and as a person, you take initiative and you’re always one step ahead of the game.
- You follow risk and compliance processes to ensure we are conducting our business to the highest of standards
- You are self-driven, can take and give responsibility and is a strong team player
- You are fluent in Swedish and English, both written and spoken
- Finally, you should have the relevant university degree
