Agile Product Owner

Assignment Description :
As an Agile Product Owner, you will be a leader responsible for app teams developing Driver Experience products.
You will be the bridge between the automotive waterfall organization and the agile softwarae development organization. You will be central in working between the Company product and project organization and prioritizing the backlog for software development teams.
Responsibilities and tasks:
Backlogg management: create, maintain, prioritize, breakdowns, refinements etc
Write High level PBIs
Drive the scope discussions with stake holder
Communicate the team output goal and scope
Define the product strategy and product roadmap based on an understanding of customer behavior, business direction, market trends and future services and apps.
Drive planning workshops with agile development teams
Be part of product roadmap planning meetings with other POs and coordinate to resolve dependencies.
Ensure the quality of the team output delivered by setting a clear Definition of Done together with the team according to agreed architectural guidelines and policies


Requirements:
Extensive experience working in an agile software development environment
Experience working with Apps and Cloud.
Experience working as a PO
ScM/Dev experience is a plus
Experience working with agile software processes and concepts such as CI/CD
Experience structuring processes, information and organizations
Ability to handle a high stress environment
Ability to work independently and as a part of a team
Ability to coach and mentor the people around you
