Agile Product Owner

In Swedbank you have the opportunity to:
- Be our new Agile Product Owner for the technical services related to our invoice process
- Be responsible for the application Raindance, which facilitates ingoing and outgoing invoices for Swedbank and the Savings Banks
- Be an operational leader in the team that handles the application Raindance, working together with the external vendor and multiple stakeholders in the bank

- Coordinate daily operations and development activities
- Support the team with prioritizations and decisions
- Maintain product development roadmap
- Find solutions to problems and do hands-on work in the application when needed
- Identify, act and coordinate when incidents occur
- Ensure compliance with IT Service Management and IT Security standards


What is needed in this role:
- Positive, supportive, and ambitious attitude
- Ability to understand the flow and dependencies of different business and technical components
- Understand business processes and always see opportunities for making them more efficient
- Business mindset in evaluation of investments for the product
- At least basic technical knowledge, interest, and eagerness to learn
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Swedish
- Relevant University degree and/or equivalent competence
