Agile Product Owner

You will be a part of the department of Standard Controls, who are the technology drivers within FlexLink. We evaluate new solutions and technologies related to controls before bringing them into R&D projects or system sales. The group can provide expert knowledge in relevant standards, regulations, and technologies.
This is what you will do
As Agile Product Owner you will cover the roles of Product Owner and Scrum Master. You support the development team with well-defined tasks and prioritize the Team Backlog. As a part of the agile team, you play a major role in incremental planning as well as in sprint planning and reviews.
Main activities and responsibilities
Support the implementation and maintenance of agile principles and practices
Coach and support the agile team
Propose kaizen events to continuously find ways of improvement
Design and prioritize tasks/stories for the agile team
Plan and organize system demos
Identify and coordinate dependencies with other development teams

This is you
To be successful in this role, we believe you hold a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent and have 5+ years of relevant professional experience. You have solid experience in agile and scrum working methods together with software development. You are a structured team player with good communication skills, with a creative and ingenious mindset.
Required skills
Experience in Jira, GIT, and similar software
Understanding of all stages of digital development
Experience with Continuous Integration pipelines
Experience in Agile and Scrum methodologies
Focused on customer and business value
Fluent in English, both written and spoken
