Agile Product Owner

In Swedbank you have the opportunity to:
- Be a servant leader in the agile team that ensure IT-capabilities for one of the largest accounting operations in Sweden.
- Support the team with daily decisions, prioritization, and coordination.
- Facilitate reoccurring ceremonies according to the development model SAFe.
- Strive for continuous improvements in service delivery to operational stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with IT Service Management and IT Security standards.
- Be a vital part in our cloud journey “Accounting & Reporting Transformation”.


What is needed in this role:
- Positive, supportive, and ambitious attitude.
- Deep technical knowledge, interest, and eagerness to learn.
- A minimum of five years’ experience in relevant IT Leadership role.
- At least basic knowledge of accounting processes.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Swedish.
- Relevant University degree and/or equivalent competence.
