Agile Product Owner

Our cross functional team is now looking for a passionate Agile Product Owner who will make sure we maximize the value in what we deliver to our corporate customers in the Internet bank and app. Do you have an agile mindset and want to join us in our effort to create a full-service digital bank that is easy to use and gives corporates control and overview of their finances? In Swedbank you have the opportunity to:
- Work in a fantastic cross functional agile team that works with the Corporate Internet bank.
- Create the vision and road map and ensure that it is anchored with stakeholders and well known within the team.
- Ensure that customer needs and customer value is in focus throughout the entire process from idea to delivery.
- Prioritize the backlog and make sure that requirements are in place and understandable to the team.
- Decide when there is enough value to release to production, ideally frequently.
- Analyze feedback and data and adapt the roadmap based on new insights.
- Work in an environment that supports your individual growth.




What is needed in this role:
- At least 2 years’ experience as a Product Owner or similar role.
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in a related field.
- Experience from working in an agile development organisation and a belief in agile principles.
- Good understanding of English language, spoken and written.
- Interpersonal skills: Good communication skills, good cooperation skills, creativity, helping others, knowledge sharing, pro-activeness.
- Strong coaching and supporting mindset.
- A strong analytical problem solver who feels comfortable tackling complex tasks.
