Are you looking for a more challenging Agile Product Owner role with upcoming key milestone deliveries in the Regulatory Trade Reporting and Master Data Management area?
In Swedbank you have the opportunity to:
- Be a central driver for the Regulatory Trade Reporting development and maintenance and Master Data Management solution at LC&I where we streamline data driven use cases within different data domains (customers, securities, agreements, Transactions and Market data).
- Together with stakeholders build a roadmap in the area
- Understand needs & opportunities and have the ability communicate solutions and prioritizations for business owners and stakeholders
- Key player in prioritizing backlog and ART commitments with a set deadline/go-live with an understanding of priorities on a higher level (ART, LC&I & Enterprise level)
- Write feature and epic documentation in the MDM area
- Ensure that IT services are aligned with the IT strategy, Swedbank Target Architecture and Business Domain Architecture
- Responsible system owner for the outsourced EDM system plus several other systems (spread over two agile teams)
- Prevent and handle problem-, incident-, and crisis management
What is needed in this role:
- We are looking for an experienced leader with a solid understanding and experience from an agile organization. You have the ability to set the strategic direction and define target pictures, while ensuring execution and efficient operations
- You should preferably have a genuine interest in and experience from Data management strategies, Data Governance and Data and Business Glossaries, preferable within the Capital Markets and/or Banking industry
- Main focus the two to three years will be transaction reporting, therefore it is important that you are interested in this area and have a drive and understanding of what is needed for delivering in this area
- Familiar with SAFe methodology and workflow, understanding the expectations of the APO-role
- Experience from leading critical initiatives with deadlines
- Ability to prioritize the business activities alongside ongoing operational issues
- Good analytical skills and a solution-oriented mindset
- You are a proactive, forward leaning, and natural leader that takes responsibility. Structure and having the “house in order” are the basis for your work
- Knowledge of the LC&I business, systems, and architecture
- Excellent command of English, written and verbal
