Agile Product Owner

Are you passionate about helping others achieving their goals? In the UI team we enable development throughout several web based channels to be coherent, accessible and up to standards.
In Swedbank you have the opportunity to:
- Join our highly skilled Channel Platform value stream responsible for the foundation for our channels

- Work with a UI library used on a webpage with a million visits a day in the Swedish market.

- Collaborating actively with all members in the CFT and stakeholders about ongoing and planned deliveries, setting, slicing, and visualizing the roadmap

- Leading agile ceremonies

- join the bank in a time when transformations are happening to enable us to quickly adapt to fast-paced innovation and change in customer experience

As an agile product owner at Swedbank, you will network across the organization balancing different interest and needs. Considering all aspects from business to technical, you will manage the prioritization of the backlog and drive the product development and maintenance work. You thrive in an environment where collaboration and inclusion are highly valued



What is needed in this role:
- You are a strong team-player and helping others to achieve our target and vision, as well as being curious, solution-oriented and challenging your surroundings

- You have excellent communication and collaboration skills

- You have a solid product and project management background working in software development with good understanding of its processes, and have experience in agile way of working

- You take responsibility and are structured but can handle ad hoc initiatives and changed conditions

- You have excellent skills in English, Swedish is nice but not essential

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field, preferably computer science or information technology/engineering
