In Swedbank you have the opportunity to:

- Be part of leading a new team who are responsible for data delivery to calculation engine, reporting and analytics within capital adequacy. The Capital Adequacy unit ensures compliance and enables the bank to provide relevant services and products, build trustworthy customer relationships and contribute to a better future.

- Take lead in building a new data platform for capital adequacy calculation, reporting and analytics

- Lead the team in what to build to maximize value

- Owning, prioritizing and manage team backlog

- Coordinate dependencies to other teams

- Manage stakeholder expectations on deliveries

- Be responsible for communicating product vision and roadmap to the agile team

- Work in an agile release train according to SAFe, scaled agiled framework

- Work in close cooperation with the Chief Product Owner

- Act as owner of IT services and ensure alignment with IT strategy, IT processes and architecture

What is needed in this role:

- As Agile Product Owner, you are responsible for what to build and maximize value for a cross functional team within CAD (Capital Adequacy) Agile Release Train at Group Risk. You will guide the team in the right direction, in a new environment, with new opportunities and challenges.

- Enjoy taking lead in building new solutions

- Problem solver with a can-do-attitude

- Self-driven and ability to engage and inspire others

- Clear and efficient communication skills

- Team player and collaborative

- Dare to challenge and find new ways

- Experience from agile way of working, preferably SAFe

- Experience or good knowledge of Banking and Capital Adequacy area

- Experience from Product Owner role, or similar

- Proficient in spoken and written English and Swedish

- Relevant university degree or proven sufficient work experience
